Whether on a weight loss journey or not, we are required to eat healthily consistently. When it comes to weight loss, even the simplest, minimalistic changes matter and there’s more to dieting than most people think. It is not just about what you eat or the portion size of your meals, even how and when you eat matters. For example, research has shown that “those who eat slowly have greater chances of losing weight than those who eat quickly” and “those who drink water before their meals have greater chances of shedding off pounds than those who don’t”.
